Rancho Olivos is a true family business. My wife, Shannon, and I run all the day to day operations on our ranch. For the past fifteen years we have crafted distinctively fresh Estate Artisan Extra Virgin Olive Oils that enhance the flavor of fine foods and contribute to a healthy lifestyle.

Our goal is not to just produce outstanding olive oils, but also share our artisan oils with everyone who appreciates unique, locally grown, handcrafted olive oils and want to enjoy them in their homes.


When we moved to California’s Central Coast Wine Region, like many others, we considered planting grapes. We quickly realized that wasn’t going to be for us. As a life-long food enthusiast and excellent cook, it didn’t take Shannon long to hit on the idea of growing olives and making olive oil, a crop that compliment the wonderful Santa Ynez Valley wines.
